If you’re like me, it’s safe to say that you find most of your activewear recommendations from your favorite Instagrammers. I saw the DoYouEven Impact Seamless set all over Instagram in multiple colors and I had to have it.
I ended up buying matching legging-sports bra sets from the Do You Even Impact Seamless and Hyperflex Seamless collections, two of my favorite activewear sets in my closet to date!
While most leggings on the market run between $30 to $150, Do You Even leggings cost $52, which is relatively affordable. And, just like the Impact Seamless, many of their collections are high quality for a low price point.
So should you snag yourself a pair of leggings or a full set from the brand? Here’s my review of the Do You Even Impact Seamless leggings and sports bra to help you decide!

The Do You Even Impact seamless crop is a medium impact sports bra with adjustable straps and removable padding to allow for a customizable fit.
The breathable fabric and open-back design make the Impact seamless bra perfect for a hot summer workout!
If you’re looking for a sports bra for running or HIIT, this sports bra may not be your best option for support. The wide ribbed underband helps keep your girls in place, but you’ll still notice some bounce because of the thin straps.
Do You Even Impact Seamless Legging Review
My favorite thing about the Do You Even Impact Seamless legging is how the fabric is shaded to create a super flattering silhouette.
Plus, the ribbing around the waist, hips and leg add some texture and much-needed compression to those areas!
Fabric- Compressive Yet Flexible
The Do You Even Impact Seamless fabric is an interesting blend that has only 3% spandex, yet is surprisingly stretchy! These comfortable and flexible leggings can work for any activity from weight-lifting to lounging.
Also, if you’re like me and you sweat up a storm at the gym, you’ll be happy to know that the fabric wicks away moisture keeping you cool and dry during your sweat-sesh.
Support
You’ll love the secure yet gentle squeeze of the ribbed waistband. Enjoy a no-tug, no-dig, no-slip workout in these Impact Seamless leggings!
Also, the legging is fitted with a wide diamond-shaped gusset which means that you can get those deep squats in without worrying about your legging ripping right in the crotch!
Coverage- Is the Impact Seamless Legging Squatproof?
Yes! Although the fabric is light-weight, the fabric is opaque enough to get low on your squats with confidence, a.k.a SQUATPROOF.
You don’t really need to wear seamless underwear with your Impact seamless leggings because the thick fabric and heathered design will help hide the panty lines.
Do You Even Impact Seamless Sizing Review
After checking out the Do You Even size chart, I bought the Impact Seamless leggings and sports bra in size small and they fit true to size. For reference, I’m a 26″ waist, 38″ hips, 32″ DD bust, 5’8 tall, US size 4.
I strongly recommend going with the Do You Even size chart, so grab a tape measure and get your stats!
Do You Even Impact Seamless Sizing Tip:
If you’re in between sizes, go with a size on the chart that’s within 1-2 inches of your true hip and waist measurements. I don’t recommend sizing down because of the compressive ribbing in the waist and around the hips.
What I Loved
Fabric & Fit
I love love love the fabric! It’s soft yet sturdy, breathable, and stretchy- all the things I need from my leggings. Also, the ribbed waistband keeps the leggings secure so I don’t have to worry about pulling them up while I workout.
What I’d Improve
Bra support
Although the thin straps are adjustable, wider straps would be better for support. I fasten the straps to get the tightest fit, but the bra still sags a bit low.
How To Care For Your Do You Even Activewear
To keep your DYE workout clothes in pristine condition, avoid washing in hot water, tumble-drying on high heat, and ironing.
Also, machine-wash your Impact seamless set with like-colored fabrics in a cold, gentle cycle, and lay flat to dry on a rack.
Wash your activewear in a mesh bag to prevent the fabric from getting snagged or abraded.
Remember to air-dry your Do You Even leggings and sports bra right after your sweat-sesh to prevent the odor-causing bacteria from ruining your activewear fabric. Follow these steps to keep your workout clothes in perfect condition.
Should You Buy This DoYouEven Impact Seamless Set?
Absolutely! This set easily doubles as a staple for gymwear and everyday wear.
Much like the Impact Seamless set, the Hyperflex seamless set is super functional, flattering and gym to street ready but with a more minimalist design.
